"Connected Indian " Madhepura

The Connected Indians movement is aimed at building partnerships between people, industry and stakeholders, towards creating a better tomorrow with the power of the Internet.
At Madhepura, this programme is being run by the Raj Infotech Computer Centre.
The faculty conducting this programme is Rakesh Kumar Singh.
A lot of Computer systems with broadband connectivity are working here for practical of Internet for the students participating the "Connected Indian"-Certification Programme in Internet Education.

Madhepura becoming 'Online'

People of Madhepura rushed since they were waiting for a convincing Internet course. When ILFS Education & Technology Services Limited in collaboration with Intel started this course "Connected Indian" only for Rs.299/- including 'Participant Manual' & a 'Certificate', Indian citizen of Madhepura and its surroundings decided to become "Netizen" and thus, all around Madhepura rushed at Raj Infotech at Madhepura where this course by a well known Internet Teacher Rakesh Singh, recently chosen as the 'Student of the month' by the ASCL (Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune) was being conducted. The admission figure went around 200 (as on 5th September 2009), without any advertisement.

Certificate Distribution Program

On 31st December 2009,when we got the final approval for 175 Students for distribution of their Certificates,we conducted a program on this very important occasion.There were two more important persons with us i.e. Mr. Amit Kumar, J.T.O. of B.S.N.L.,Madhepura & Mr.Ramesh Thakur, Income & Sale Tax Advocate on this day.
       On overall performances Mausam Kumari was chosen as the 1st prize winner in the Internet course,2nd was Nisha Kumari & 3rd Jyoti Shivam.

        For Special Prize 8-year old Akanksha was selected.

This news was also highlighted in newspapers.At this moment our chief guest Mr.Amit Kumar & special guest Mr.Ramesh Thakur appreciated & thanked a lot to Internet Faculty Mr.Rakesh Kumar Singh & Raj Infotech Computer Centre for spreading the Internet education even in the remote area of the Madhepura district. 

Later we were asked our views & experiences on this course from ILFS,Delhi as well as the performance of 'Wonder Internet Girl' "Akanksha" on 07.01.2009.
